(Nasdaq:TRLG) is proud to announce that it has signed a licensing agreement with Jacobs & Leslie Hsu Designs LLC, a leading designer and distributor of high-end handbags and small leather goods, to manufacture and sell True Religion branded handbags worldwide. The new handbag line will launch at the Project Show in Las Vegas in August 2007 and will begin shipping to retailers for Spring 2008.

Hsu Designs partner Leslie Hsu previously designed for brands Calvin Klein and Tahari, and recently licensed and launched UGG Australia(R) handbags, which have been featured at Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Barney's, Henri Bendel and other premium retailers. "Leslie is one of the best names for premium handbag design in the industry today, and this new license agreement builds on our expanding categories of licensed products that showcase the potential of True Religion as an aspirational brand, while adding significant revenue and operating income," added Michael Buckley, president.
